Reggie is amazing and the reason this place gets such good reviews. He’s so informative, knowledgeable and helpful. He helped us book our expedition tour to el nido even on a Sunday. 10/10 service. AC in the room was good. Great location.

Very dated, towels were really tatty and in need of replacement. Bed was very hard. Sheet to sleep with was a strange fabric that wasn’t comfy and again in need of replacement. Quite noisy too

This is one of my favorite stays! It was so homey! Kuya Reggie was very accommodating. He gave us early check in at 10am and it was so kind of him, he also made sure we are not ripped off by tricycle drivers by giving us a quick guide of Coron, even recommended places to go and eat, the best Island hopping company and bike rental was also recommended by him. Always responded to my questions! This is really by far the best stay I had! Will definitely go back again and stay here. 100000/100! Highly recommended!

Location was nice, close to the port, cafes, and shops. I have mixed feelings about Reggie. On the one hand, he was friendly, on the other hand, I had some consequences of that. I grateful for him for providing a separate room for me and a separate room for the german guy, it was convenient.

I felt that this option was about the owner, not about the guests. Too many restrictions right from check in. It was weird. I understand that every property has its own rules, but as a person who's been traveling across the Philippines, I got more freedom. What exactly I did not like: 1) "granny" odor in the room. When I came into the room, there was nothing to breathe. I can use just my fan, but it was not enough to make the air flows, so it was too hot in the room 2) no mosquito net on the window. That means you cannot just open the window cuz otherwise you will be bitten. Luckily, I have an electric fumigator and an anti-mosquito repellent pad, it saved my life. I opened the window, drew the curtain and slept. Anyway, it was too hot. The fan is right in front of your head, so I cannot sleep when it blows to you all the time. 3) no kitchen and fridge, but there is a sink in the common area. 4) water is not free at all. You can use it only for tea/coffee. If you need to refill your bottle, you should pay 5 pesos. Come on, guy, 20l costs 20 pesos at the refilling station. If you refill it in the machine outside, 1l would cost you 4 pesos. That's super weird. 5) you cannot wash your clothes. Probably, smth small. This is the first time in my life I've seen something like this. 6) and finally, in my own opinion, the worst thing happened - he made money off me. The thing is, when I came, I asked the owner what places I could explore here in Coron. I have read some info, but usually I ask locals. He advised me some on tours and "informed" me that the fuel is expensive nowadays and all companies have increased prices. That's not true. That was a manipulation. I realized this after the tour when I was talking with my neighbors in the new place. They did the same tour for 300 pesos cheaper. Then I also have contacted several companies, and the price was less. All companies are in the same conditions.
