excellent location! this spot worked great for exploring the city. we really appreciated the ac and the wash machine. super comfortable beds, too! there is a shop with great fresh pasta and also a convenience store right nearby.

the unit we rented didn’t have anywhere to sit aside from the kitchen table or the beds.

The location is amazing, it take a few hours to figure out your starting point but after you get your senses figure out it is really convenient

Small bathrooms, ac machine make a beep constantly, the ac is not super cold

The location was amazing, very well situated, and with a supermarket 2mn away. The flat was quiet, the rooms spacious and very comfortable.

The fact that the check out was too early and there is no space to leave our suitcases safely.

Heating and Hot Water not working

appartement was ready only for 4 people, although reservation was made for 6. there would be no problem in summer, but now in winter, without quilts and pillows it was impossible. It was cold in appartement and after we asked about raising heating temperature, we were informed that its not possible and we have to stay like that and that we will not receive 2 more quilts for kids. no quilts, no warm, no more reaction from owner after that. Much better accommodations in Venice than this one, avoid this if possible...

Location is excellent-it’s about 20 minutes from the main tourist sites and surrounded by bars and restaurants. It was clean.

Although there was a kitchen there were no cleaning supplies nor tea, coffee or sugar. At times the apartment was cool, although this was a requirement to maintain the temperature to not above 19C.

The apartment was cosy and had all the essentials, dishwasher, washing machine, clothes dryer, microwave, iron, hairdryer. Linen was clean and white. Good location .1.2 km from the station. Good wifi.

No, cloth in the kitchen sink to wipe up any spills.
