A unique traditional home + inn in a remote island village (now very popular), but also tucked away from the tourist trail. The host was warm, friendly + extremely accommodating. Excellent value for money + we'd definitely stay again.
Nothing! It is what it looks like in the description + images. If you want traditional, no frills + no fuss–this is it! And if you like furry friends!

Our room, on the second floor, was large and clean. Comfortable beds. Great location in Naoshima, amongst Art House projects.
The main/common floor/outside was a mess. Shared bathroom was okay, but not great. We booked it since it was the last availability on the island. A true budget guesthouse.
