Easy check in. The room was spotless and very quiet. Great view and in an excellent location in the heart of Surfers Paradise. Very easy to get around. Would recommend for mid value accommodation

The staff were EXTREMELY helpful.
We were really desperate for early check in and Anusha/Anushka gladly tried her best to get us in as early as possible with our circumstances. Beyond impressed with how helpful she was with her recommendations for other things too :)) Everything else was also perfect. They were very facilitiating to what we wanted and the location of this place is PRIME. It was clean, efficient and elegant.
Will be recommending this place to anyone coming to gold coast in future.
The sink did get clogged at times, along with the shower. I raised this to the desk and they didn't try to compensate me so in future I would appreciate it being solved and that we get moved. This did disadvantage us when using the sink.

Convenient to city centre and trams. Loved it had somewhere to eat downstairs.
Pool was getting refurbished so disappointed and didn’t have kids play area. Would have liked a bit more noise dampening on glass to get sleep but can’t win em all. Had family stay on different floors but I couldn’t access their floor. Stairwells door was locked. ?in a fire situation
