Loved the vibes and the staff. The team were so friendly especially the pool staff, lobby cafe staff and the reception team.
I had a great experience except for Monday morning at 8am i went to the pool. One lady had taken and self reserved 8 pool lounges for herself and an apparent group coming downstairs. It caused arguments and anger between other guests. Made the area very awkward and uncomfortable to be there. I was impressed with the pool team and reception manager young lady that had to deal with the lady. Personally i come from a hotel background(9hotels) and i was glad to see a great response from the QT team. I think maybe some signage or extra team attention to this area during school holidays could be beneficial so to avoid this. It did make my bday a little easier after this.

Location was great. Food was excellent. Bed was comfortable.
The hot water from the shower wasn't hot. I had to have only hot water running to make it a warm shower. Worse at peak times. The doors to the balcony were also not soundproof. We were woken at 6:45am on Saturday morning to the construction below. The noise from the bar was also very loud and the music sounded like it was in our room. Double glazed doors on the ocean side might be a good idea.

The pool is way undersized for the amount of rooms and guests
Kids in the spa literally all day made it impossible to get in, balls flying around the pool, splashing. I thought this was an adult hotel not a kiddie hotel
There were 3 of us and we couldn’t sit on the pool chairs together due to outside guests being allowed to come in
Cabanas were empty all the time yet guests weren’t offered them
Location is terrible. There is nothing around without catching a tram first
The room was booked for 3 yet there was only two of everything, cups glasses towels robes chairs etc. we had to keep asking for stuff
