Great location - 2 min walk to the cathedral, 5 min to the lake. The apartment is spacious and clean, separate bedroom and kitchen, lots of natural light, lift available. The property manager was quick to respond to any questions and helpful in making restaurant suggestions.
The air conditioning did not work properly, so we had to keep emptying bowls collecting leaking water (a discount equivalent to the city tax was offered to us for the inconvenience). The manager is aware of this situation. Shower soap was rationed, a heavily used sponge in the kitchen sink. We found the bed uncomfortable due to a sinking mattress, but that’s a personal preference. Some wear and tear.

Ubicación perfecta,a un paso del Duomo. Fácil comunicación con Violetta. Fue muy amable ya que nos permitió llegar por la noche ya que veníamos desde otro punto de Italia en coche y llegábamos tarde. Nos dejó una lista de restaurantes y nos dio algunas recomendaciones. Amplio salón con cocina.
Había un pequeño problema con el aire acondionado, que había que ir vaciando el depósito de agua interior cada muy poco tiempo, por lo que no se podía dejar puesto toda la noche. Al final abrimos las ventanas. No obstante, estaba pendiente de que se arreglara en septiembre.

Appartamento molto grazioso, arredato con gusto e ben accessoriato. Situato a pochi passi dal Duomo, in pieno centro storico, offre una vasta scelta di ristoranti e negozi tutti molto vicini. La stazione di Como Lago e l'imbarco per i traghetti si raggiungono in pochi minuti a piedi. L'hostess gentilissima ci ha dato diversi consigli molto validi.
