The location was amazing. The apartment was nice. Pet friendly. Coffee machine and pods.
Parking was a challenge during the summer season.

Amazing location just in the centre of como with amazing views all around the apartment. Clean, and safe.
The AC was great but it's hard to know what to do at first go we had to wait another day till we figured it out.

The apartment itself is exceptional, the location ad views are stunning.
We were charged a €41.30 cleaning fee before we could confirm check in. We booked non refundable, so were basically faced with losing the booking or paying an additional unexpected fee that we had not budgeted for. Given we were only staying one night, €41.30 felt very expensive.
Additionally, the amenities in the apartment were a bit disapointing - only decaf coffee, no conditioner in the shower, only a two in one shampoo that left my hair very dry (i'd usually carry hair products when I travel but assummed at this pricw it would have been provided).
