Run far far away!!!!!

Clean and maybe the location.

RUN! You’ll have to walk a mile to get a key, they’ll refuse to meet you at the apartment. Afterwards they will ask you to provide them with every single personal information for all travellers and say that it’s necessary for the legal authorities. They ask for much more information than they would likely need. There was an insane jackhammer noise due to construction from 7am to 5pm every single day of our stay. The “owners” didn’t care at all!! They said they had a permit and admitted to not needing to advise us of the potential noise beforehand. I would estimate that the noise was about 75-80 decibels loud, and the building was shaking due to the work being held right under us. The street of the location was filthy and smelly, piles of garbage was piling up all around it. A hotel across the street was on fire for 3 days next to us, so no water at the apartment for a day… we all smelt like smoke every night when we had to walk back in. Nothing went well. IloftMalaga made it worse!! Honestly their customer service was terrible, I’ve rarely had this experience. They were not understanding nor accommodating. We’re getting married in September in Malaga and 120 people are coming, I’m making sure no one books with them!

De ruime appartement, de ligging om de hoek van het centrum, reinheid en comfort. Alles was uitstekend . Er was gewoon niks op aan te merken. De communicatie met de verhuurder was ook helemaal op orde.
