We rented this location in June and was extremely impressed. The accommodations was perfect for our group of 6 4 adults and two children. The location was great. The place was very neat. Romula exceeded our expectations when it came communication. She also provided us with recommendations and also arranged transportation from the airport and to the port for our cruise. They also arranged for the property manger to meet us when we checked into to give us detail of the property and answered any questions we had. I would highly recommend this place.

Apartment was all that was advertised. It had just been remodeled. Property manger friendly and helpful. The only problem we in countered was the availability of taxi’s. There was a local bus stop about two blocks away. Enjoyable stay.

We had an awesome visit for three nights! It’s the perfect location for tourist visits and was very clean! The two outdoor spaces were fabulous and our contact Romula was top notch! We would stay again!!

Wonderful experience staying at this property. There was constant communication with the property manager (Romula) where we received instant responses to any questions or concerns. Romula arranged airport transfers which was great and very comfortable. On-site contact (Ada) was also very helpful and available if needed. Once we arrived at the apartment, it was exactly as described in the photos and description. It was very clean and a great place to stay with my husband and two kids. We enjoyed evenings out on the terrace after busy days walking around. Location was great.. access to public transit was easily accessible. Apartment is approx 20-25 minute walk to St. Peter’s square. Access to grocery stores, restaurants and pharmacies were very close by. Glad I found this place. I will definitely return my next time in Rome. Thanks again!

Apartment was as described great location restaurants, pharmacy, taxis, supermarket, all within 5 minutes walking distance. Location of the apartment was 1 mile from the Vatican or 20 minutes. Romula and Ada were great and always available on the phone. I recommend this one 100% enjoy your stay. Thanks

My family of four stayed at this apartment the last week of March during our spring break. This location and apartment was perfect for our needs. We mostly spent our days touring the city (and beyond) so most of our time was spent sleeping here :). BUT it was very clean, had everything we needed in the kitchen, a comfortable living room for discussing our days and plans for the next day. Loved having the washing machine on-site. Our hostess/contact was extremely helpful and if I contacted her, her response was very quick. She was helpful with suggestions of taxis, places to eat, where to get groceries, etc. She also helped us with arranging airport transfers which was appreciated. The communication was SPOT ON! I think the location seemed very good. I felt safe walking around the neighborhood, even at night. We took taxis to the sites and everything seemed about a 10-20 minute drive depending on where we were headed. Plenty of necessities nearby: groceries within blocks, cafes, bistros, restaurants, wine stores :). I have NOTHING negative to say about our experience. Great option!

Overall our stay were pleasant & excellent. Everything is what Im expected, the manager of the property is easy to communicate, very friendly, help us arranged our ride from & to the airport. I’ll recommend it to my friends.

This property in Rome is very nice! Both the property manager and the on site contacts were always available. The apartment was very comfortable, spacious and clean. The outside patios are a huge plus.If you are planning on cooking they have everything you need, but the kitchen is tiny. The beds are really comfortable, plenty of pillows and blankets, lovely towels.. The only complaint, which I have had with all of the showers in Europe, is that the floors are slippery and that there are no handrails in them. I would highly recommend this apartment!

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. Everything was as described in the listing. It was a great location, close to many bus stops and a 20 minute drive to most main attractions. The suggestion of the cab app was also very helpful. There are many small grocery shops and restaurants within walking distance. The place was very clean and spacious and we had great communication with the owner. Overall we really enjoyed our stay, and would highly recommend staying here.

Cannot say enough how amazing Romula was. We had planned a four day stay before catching a cruise from Rome. Because of flight changes and cancellations we spent three days in airports and only a day and a half in Rome. Romula constantly helped… changed the of times of driver picking us up so many times as she worked with all the constant changes, giving advice after the airline lost our cases! She was amazing! House was spotless and in a great location within easy walking distance of the Basilica! Would definitely stay here again!

We loved our stay! Very informative host, who answered every question. Super clean, great location, and she even let us check in early. We were only disappointed that the patio furniture was not set up, so we couldn't sit outside and have coffee in the morning. Would definitely stay again.

We found the unit very clean and really easy to use. We were 2 couples and there were no privacy issues. Information by manager was great, especially the taxi program and restaurants she introduced us to. We would definitely stay there again. Having a laundry next door was a definite plus. Romulan was a fount of information and arranging our pickup at the airport was a blessing. Thanks

The apartment was exactly as shown on the VRBO site and was perfect for our two couples. Check in was smooth and we were given a lot of information that made moving around Rome very easy. Highly recommend this place. Romula was very helpful and pleasant to work with.

Answered all our questions. The apartment is amazing. Very peaceful area. We are a group of 5 friends traveling together and we felt at home in this apartment. We can’t wait to be back.

Of the 6 places we stayed during our month in Italy, this was by far the best! We were met by Romula, who went comfortably overboard in helping us navigate the neighborhood and defined the better local restaurants. She was really right-on with the restaurants, and her suggestion to download the MyTaxi app to our phones was very helpful, allowing us to save a lot in transportation costs. The facility was very clean, had extra towels for us, and overall was the best equipped of any places we stayed. Snacks, coffee, tea and sugar were all left for us, and when we requested another coffee pot to accommodate 4 heavy coffee drinkers, another of the small expresso pots was brought to us. In a nutshell, all 4 of us were extremely pleased with everything about this property and were we to return to Rome we would never consider looking to stay elsewhere.

Unit was extremely clean and in an excellent location to all sites in rome, was able to walk to all sites within minutes, close to restaurants, groceries etc. I would rate a 9 out of 10 for this accommodation.

Rome was our final stop on our 15 day, 4 city vacation in Italy. We traveled with another couple and we all enjoyed our stay in this Roman apartment. Romula, our gracious contact, met us at the apartment, showed us around and gave us tips on local eating places and the general lay of the neighborhood. This apartment is located on the first floor of a gated complex with a staffed security office just inside the gate. Most of the people we saw within the complex appeared to be local residents as opposed to tourists. The apartment was clean, well appointed and stocked with supplies like toilet paper, extra towels and blankets and breakfast snacks. Romula arranged transportation to the airport for us at the end of our stay.

Apartment was great only issue was...the family that lives above the apartment came home at 11:00 Each night and was very noisy. It woke all 4 of us up all three nights for about 90 minutes until they went to sleep. Beds were comfortable and plenty of bath towels were provided. Good location and we were given great advice by the property manager upon arrival.
