Our condo at Vanderbilt Towers was a huge disappointment…..so much so that we ended up leaving five days early. The biggest issue for us was the musty, humid, mildew smelling air conditioning system. I started to develop a cough and feared it was from the system.(it has gone away since we left) the system needs to be thoroughly cleaned. Also, the bed and living area furniture was extremely uncomfortable and we needed to go out and purchase some new kitchen utensils. Also, owner left food in the refrigerator and freezer which is a huge Nono! Silverware was limited and they have a futon for a couch! I also did not like not having access to a washer/dryer in the unit. The condo needs a deep cleaning and a definite facelift. For the price we paid, we feel we were taken. The property had been damaged by Ian and the beach was extremely busy since the Wiggins Park beach area is still closed. Needless to say, it was not a good experience. We will not return.

This property was "as advertised" and we really enjoyed our stay. The condo is updated and very close to the beach. Matt and Carolyn gave us access to everything we needed to enjoy a day at the beach, including beach chairs, umbrella, cooler, rolling cart, etc. The condo is also stocked with everything we need - plenty of towels, linens, dishes, clothes iron, etc. We also very much enjoyed the condo pool area - it was very quiet with lots of both sun and shade. It was a perfect place to read a book between dips in the pool. Matt was very responsive to questions. Getting checked in/out was a breeze. Overall we had a great time and would easily choose this condo on our next trip to Naples.

The condo has all the utensils for cooking. It’s a short 10 minute walk to the beach. There’s beach chairs and an umbrella you can use. You are close to a lot of shops and good restaurants.

I knew the location would be great but one thing that put this vrbo ahead, was how well supplied it was. Even a sharpish knife-! Quiet and a shortwalk to a beautiful and beach and a sunset view.
