The well-equipped kitchen, equipped with full-size appliances and a casual breakfast bar, is there to assist in whipping up tasty recipes for the whole gang! Things to Know Check-in time: 4:00 p.m. Check-out time: 10:00 a.m. All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles. This rental is located on floor 3. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. This condo is in the perfect location. You are steps from the beach. It is right in the middle between the two public beaches, so there is plenty of room to spread out. The weather was a little cool, but the pool was exceptionally warm. The pickleball across the street was a huge bonus as well. If you're looking for a quiet place to stay, this is it!

Location is great . Ocean view is spectacular. Needs some more renovations. Clean. Bikes would be nice. This small condo complex still has construction work going on for a month or two .
