My wife and I stayed for 3 nights as a weekend getaway for our anniversary. The condo was clean, and the proximity to the beach was awesome...maybe 50 feet to the water. The restaurant across the street, Peg Leg Pete's, has great food and a good atmosphere.

Property was super clean and roomy. We loved the location and the view. The area is walkable and there’s a trolley in the summer. The owner was super responsive on a minor repair as well as our questions. Great stay! For those who are not tall, please note the comfy bed is quite high. At 5’3”, I used a stool from the kitchen to climb in.

Other than a minor miscue on arrival, the condo was more than we expected and exceptionally clean. Kudos to the cleaning crew. Although the weather could have been a bit warmer (Yes, I know, we were staying 12/28/23 - 1/3/24) we still enjoyed the view of the very calm Gulf of Mexico.

A nice cozy place in a beautiful location. It was very clean. It had easy access. The laundry area needs updated, it took some of our money and didn't work. There was a restaurant guide but it needs updated, some of them were permanently closed. Overall, I would recommend this to anyone.

Have stayed at this condo many times in various rooms. First time here. Great place overall. Whoever cleans missed the floors in living area and kitchen. Rest was great. Sandy floor. Loved the chair and umbrella set up! Thanks so much! Needed key to pedestrian gate as we visit peg legs several times. Was lucky first time someone else was leaving also. Next time we had to drive and parking can be limited at peak times. Loved having spot in garage. Wish complex would get change machine for laundry as getting change was limited. This condo has great location to elevator and great balcony location. Easy to access on arrival and extremely easy to leave!

Our 2nd time staying at this exact condo and nothing beats the location! Only con this time was we had troubles with appliances, the Keurig and toaster weren't working properly, they seemed kinda old but we made do. Regardless we would still come back again and again!

Great property. Excellent location and facility...the beach chairs and umbrella are a great benefit to this property. Very easy to get to places to eat/shop/explore. Really enjoyed this beach. We will return to this location, helped make our anniversary a very memorable one.

A beautiful place to stay at. I needed a stopper for the shower/tub and the owner sent someone within 20- 30minutes to fix it. The condo was clean and very modern. They had everything you could have possibly needed. Hoping we can use this same property next year.

Great, quiet location. I love that this is a smaller building so not too many people. It is mostly older adults & families which we enjoy. Having chairs included with rental was a huge plus! Condo was as described..very nice. We had a small glitch in our check in because we received 2 emails with different codes. But the manager answered my call & corrected it immediately. The only reason I gave 4 stars overall is because there is no washer & dryer hooked up in the unit & the kitchen faucet has no hot water. There is a coin laundry on site but I would much rather have washer/dryer in the unit. I would still highly recommend this condo!

We had the best stay at starfish! It was extremely clean, check in and check out was super easy. The location was great- right across from the best oyster bar in PB! My only complaint is that there is no washer/ dryer in the condo and in order to use the on site laundromat, you must have your own quarters- there is no change machine, so it’s really difficult to do laundry. I definitely think if quarters are required, there should be an on-site change machine. Otherwise, we had a phenomenal stay. It was so easy to contact the property owners/ managers, and the condo was gorgeous.

Beautiful view from the balcony of the beach and the Gulf of Mexico. Our only hiccups were: the gate code, we didn't bother the property managers because someone gave us a code that worked throughout our stay; nice large closet, but no hangers for our clothes; no channel guide on the tv, I'm used to cable services providing in to allow you to select shows you may want to see, and not have to channel surf. The rest was awesome, and allowed me to revisit places from my past in the area.

We stayed just one night after being at the beach all day. It was definitely nice to be in after being in the sun all day. Clean 10/10! Only struggle was, the gate code wasn’t working and I got a different code from someone else and it worked. But other than that, 10/10 would stay! View and chairs availability was amazing.

We had a wonderful time! The condo was so nice. We loved having short access to the beach. The porch was nice as well, we could see all the way down both sides of the beach. Also, the beach was not crowded, which was great.

Great location! Beaches weren't crowded and the white sandy beaches are a dream. Was walking distance from a restaurant called Peg Leg, good food and great drinks! The owner responded quickly when I had a few questions. The place also had a coffee maker, bring your own pods, blow dryer, small bottles of shampoo, conditioner and body wash. Overall, amazing place!

The Condo could use a little updating but it served my wife and I well! We had one minor issue and the owner came out promptly to solve the problem! He was very responsive. The complementary Lazy Days Chair and umbrella helps out a ton on the days you know you're going to spend on the beach. We would definitely stay in another Sun Coaster property or this one again!

Condo was clean. We had to replace batteries for the thermostat for air conditioner. The code getting into the garage was changed & we weren’t notified for 24 hours. View from balcony was beautiful.

Overall it is a very nice condo. Beautiful view of the golf and beach chairs and umbrella were definitely a plus. Things they could improve on are: hangers in the bedroom closet and the king size bed is very high off the ground. My wife had to get a step stool to get in and out of bed. Also the fan in the bathroom off the bedroom should be replaced. Location is very nice.

The condo was a perfect stay for my husband and me. We had everything we needed and loved the beautiful view of the water from the private balcony. Check-in and check-out was very easy and we were provided with all the codes we needed in a timely manner. We will definitely keep this place in mind for future stays in Pensacola Beach.
