The man who met us was a very nice guy. It was fun to get to know him.
After meeting our host, I felt invisible, kind of weird. At one point my key card stopped working for the elevators. Felt very impersonable to call an office. No offer to fix the card so it would work.. I was just told to use another elevator. Very impersonal. But the place was really wonderful.

Location, size, cleanliness, value
Cold showers. We were not shown how to turn the water up. The manager who was supposed to meet us to let us in did not make himself known to us so we waited outside for nearly an hour. We tried ringing him but phones would not connect. He wasn’t very helpful at all

It is convenient
The apartment we stayed in has a hole in the ceiling, and the sofa isn’t very comfortable to sit on. It feels a bit empty and could use some touches to make it feel more like home—maybe some paintings, pictures, or plants.
Overall, it’s okay, but the hole in the ceiling was not nice. The kitchen is very nice, but the washing machine smells and needs to be cleaned or aired out.
