Skarlet, she was very friendly and kind. She’s very welcoming. Best thing it was not only toward us, I witnessed how she is with other guests and it great to see that.
Our room was pristine! The cleaning staff does an amazing job!
I tried communicating with the facility from the start, to let them know we we’d be arriving at à late time in the evening, my messages and calls were never answered nor acknowledged. Very poor communication from the person in charge of booking.
Sadly, they were warming om renovations and and they started drilling and hammering at 07.00h. Whilst I understand there’s work to be done, no one advised about these renovations taking place.
Also the pool was not that clean. It looked poorly maintained. Not inviting.
The shower floor is not levelled for the water to drain properly.

Really friendly staff and lovely, clean room.
Maybe a daily clean especially the bathroom bin which was over capacity when we left. Hotel a bit far out of town but only a cheap taxi ride, recommended after dark.

Centrally located easy pick up and drop off for our shuttles
Our room was facing the street so it was quite loud. Pool did not look like photos is actually quite small
