Air conditioner works well, everything you need. There are 2 cats so cute. There is a door separating the room from the bathroom. Room is clean. We had a problem where the door of the bathroom was locked from the inside, it was around midnight. We didnt find anyone at the recepetion. We managed to reach someone via whatsapp call and then someone came to transfer us to another room for the night. Kind and efficient, the next morning they were able to open the bathroom door and we transferred back since there was another reservation in the other room.
Sometimes the water was not working in the bathroom, had to go see the staff once for that. Walls are thin you can hear very well the outside noise from another room or near the door.

The customer service here is 10/10! The location is also very convenient and care is taken when they prepare breakfast. We had a wonderful stay before taking the boat to El Salvador.
There was no hot water but this is common in Nicaragua. No A/C but the fan was enough. Everything else was perfect!

The location is convenient, with everything in the city center easily reachable on foot. The staff were friendly during my stay. The shared kitchen is also very well equipped and has everything you need to cook your own meals.
The check-in and pricing situation was quite confusing. On the day of arrival, I initially wanted to book directly at the property without an online reservation. However, the online price shown to me could not be offered at the property. Even without the Genius discount, the price for the Economy Room was significantly higher at $35 per night. I therefore made the booking online at the reception, only to then pay the exact same booking in cash immediately afterwards. I honestly did not understand the purpose of this process.
The room was adequate for two nights, but I would not have wanted to stay much longer. The fan was barely able to move the hot air around the room and provided almost no cooling. There were also intermittent water problems in the bathroom, seemingly when several guests were using the water at the same time. Sometimes there was very little water pressure in the shower or sink, and at other times there was no water at all. On top of that, there was no way to regulate the water temperature. The water simply came out at whatever temperature it happened to be. The room was also only partially clean upon arrival.
