Well located. Wide room and cleaned. The host was kind and helpful. Breakfast was good, specially the juices and very economic. Close to the beach and there were a lot of restaurants around it, souvenirs shops and fruit markets.

We had a wonderful stay! Room is cozy with nice AC, and it has a little outside area too. Great location - just 10’ walk to the beach, in a secondary, quiet street. We saw langurs around several times!
Staff are very helpful and kind. We loved their rice and curry. You can get vegetables, fruits, and snacks in their little shop too.
Great value for money overall. I recommend to stay here if you come to Unawatuna.
Location is about 200m east to that shown in Booking and Google Maps. The locals will help you find it.
It’s by the jungle (like all accommodations around), so get an incense coil for mosquitoes when outside.

Lovely big room over the family shop very close to the beach. Large bedroom, bathroom and kitchen. Family very welcoming and helpful. Wifi wasnt working at first but quickly fixed and worked well. Family always checking if everything was ok. Easy walk to Jungle beach
Location was great but being on the road the room was noisy until late at night
