I've stayed here the last four years, during the high season for at least a week each time. The couple who run this hotel are fantastic! They go above and beyond to make sure you're comfortable during your stay here. The rooms are spotless, great breakfast and located in a quiet part of Klong Nin.

The motorbikes for rent were safe and clean. I liked the bar area, and the beanie bags there for relaxation.
This is a much longer list:
-If you do not pay the outrageously priced and stuffed-to-the-brim shuttle from the speedboat to the hotel, YOU ARE ON YOUR OWN. We contacted the hotel to ask about any sort of transfer, or even recommendations for which tuk-tuk to use, and were told in no uncertain terms that the hotel provides nothing of the sort; we were on our own to find transport to the hotel more than 30 minutes away. And to be clear, you WILL be ripped off by the 60 or so very aggressive tuk-tuk drivers waiting for you on the pier. On an island with no taxi service, this is unacceptable.
-There is apparently housekeeping only once every other day. This was listed nowhere on the website nor in the welcome email, and when I contacted the front desk manager, she claimed that there was a sign in the room about it that I must have missed. This was not true, and when she came to deliver the towels (since we had none...), I pointed this out to her and she backtracked. The next day there was a sign in the lobby about the lack of daily housekeeping.
At the risk of sounding like a snob, do keep in mind that no daily housekeeping here means no clean towels or wash cloths (important if you're going to the beach daily), no potable water, and no one to battle the critters that turn up in the bathroom (we found at least one coachroach).
-I have alluded to this before, but the front desk attendant (the one with the strange British-esque accent) was incredibly condescending the entire stay.
-Do NOT listen to the other reviews gushing about how close this place is to the beach. It is a 15 minute walk to any beach, and there are no real sidewalks, so be warned.
-Breakfast was cereal, toast, and one or two runny eggs. Everything was uncovered, so flies were all over everything by 8am.
