First of all the location is absolutely superb. Away from the maddening crowds of Mount Abu touristy areas, it is nestled in pristine nature. Absolutely fantastic!
The cottages are well located, well furnished and comfortable with an open yard which was perfect for our morning and evening coffees. With lots of different birds and a few monkeys around, it made a beautiful serene place.
The food is absolutely fantastic!!! Each and every thing was well prepared. The open deck in the main building where we had our breakfasts was surrounded by trees and was well designed.
It is perfectly located to go our on trail walks and can also access the Delwada Temples which is just 2.5 km away.
But to top it all is the attitude of the staff. Absolutely brilliant!!! Well-mannered, courteous and prompt.
It truly validates its tag line -- Abu as it was!

Location of the property is good.
The service staff is nice and courteous. The food is good. The breakfast is limited but reasonable. We did not enjoy the north Indian breakfast on the second day.
It is not exactly a value for money property as it seems very expensive in terms of facilities provided at the property.
The lighting in the rooms is less. There are no toiletries available in the bathrooms. The size of the room is small.
I felt the property is overpriced in terms of facilities available.

The location was great , right in the valley.
Very uneven area around the cottage. Quite dark. Far away from the main town.
