Breakfast they serve is stale, same breakfast was served both days, staff present at the restaurant were not interested in guests, , very bad experience

Nicely decorated! Spread over two connected buildings.
One housekeeping staff kept knocking at my door at 7 am and wouldn’t identify himself. It made me uncomfortable. They need to have those secure chains to allow partial opening of doors and peep holes.
Also - To get to the rooftop dining one has to take several stairs. May be an issue for older guests.

Service was good.
Renovation work was going on the rooftop till October and the property did not inform us in advance neither mentioned.
Since rooftop dine in is their USP, we couldn't get it.
Also not so kids friendly as Deluxe- room was small and no early check in was provided.
