Property met the expectation but since it is inside the city view is not that great. from the dining hall we were able to get the glimpse of Sajjangarh palace aka monsoon palace but apart from that no such extravagant view of lakes.

Good property, well maintained
Someone within Sterling Jaisinghgarh is misusing customer booking information and customers are receiving scam messages to their WhatsApp trying to click on links to divulge personal information.
I received three separate WhatsApp messages from a person called Emma Larsen from three separate numbers trying to scam me (see attached photos).
Each message contains my name, booking.com reference, travel dates. This means someone is leaking customer information to scammers.
I raised this matter with reception but was ignored. Raising this here to make customers aware. Booking.com also ignored my concerns.

Staff is courteous but don't have coordination among themselves
We had specifically asked for twin beds, confirmed the same 3 times before checking in, during check in we were informed that the room we had selected did not have that facility.
