Any Oberoi Property is a benchmark in the field of hospitality and Trident Udaipur is no exception.It was a very gratifying stay with a very warm and professional staff. Verdant surroundings, spick and span ambience, excellent view of Pichola lake.

Perfect place to relax and we would definitely come back.

Amazing staff who provides a perfect service to the guests and stunning location near the Pichola lake.

Regular rooms are a bit small. Food quality good but not outstanding.

The property, staff, specially Anubhav who took care of our needs , breakfast was awesome , though dinner was over priced

Dinner was overpriced, I stayed 2 nights , second day I was ignored , the staff looked busy to cater to my needs

Greatest thing abt Trident are their people i mean the staff...The way they treat you is something you would like to come back again and again. About the facilities they are all exceptionally amazing but do visit this place for the hospitality , care and respect the staff showers on you. Importantly its all coming naturally to them ie from iniside nothing superficial. Calling out loud to Uphaar singh at the housekeeping , Amit , Madhvi at the reception and all the staff responsible for the buffet BF. Big shout as well to the leadership. Thank you very much will catch up soon.

Once again memorable

Superb Hospitality. Extremely friendly staff. Food is very delicious and a huge variety in breakfast. I have lived in many hotels in western countries and the hospitality is pathetic. They are not rather arrogant and racist. Indian hospitality is unmatched! They should learn from indian hotels. The fragrance in the lobby area is very soothing. Entire hotel ambience is simply fantastic and royal. This was our 3rd time in the hotel and we will definitely visit again.

- There were few littered water bottles around pool area. Must be cleaned more frequently. - Things were forgotten to take care of when influx of guests increased. - More indoor activities including sports inside the hotel. We wanted to stay in the hotel all the time but didn't have much options to spend time.

It was very pleasant stay and we would like to visit again.

The location and ambiance was excellent. The staff was very polite and helpful. Special mention about Chef Abhishek who was very good and made all our dinings Special and memorable.

lovely property the garden is lovely

the rooms are small in size and a serious drawback is the windows don’t open so they feel muggy as no fresh air is coming any room.

loved every bit of the saty at Trident Udaipur,excellent property and comfortable stay. staff was extremely polite.

attention to cleanliness needs to be focused on in the room as there were chocolate stains on the curtains.

It was an excellent stay!

The hotel was very clean and the staff was courteous and accommodating. A special mention for the head chef as the food was excellent and he made food as per everyone’s demands.
