Everything was very comfortable. Bed, pillows, lounge etc. large TV. amenities were very dated but clean. Great value for the price.
No fly screens, so unable to leave windows open.

Owners were all enthusiastic and accommodating.
FREE Continental breakfast - cereals and toast with marmalade, Vegemite etc.
Bed very comfortable.
Good flat screen TV.
Parking right beside room.
No power point (that I could see) in bathroom.

Location was good with little outside noise. Bed was excellent, as were pillows. Cafe provided a reasonable range of good food and was busy. All staff were pleasant and professional.
Layout of the room meant that you could only watch the smart TV from the bed. The floor was creaky and in need of replacement. The room needs an update but can't expect much more at this bargain price.
