The room and decorations were very colourful and interesting. The bed/sheets were clean. Kitchen was stocked well. Bathroom was clean. Felt comfortable in our room. A happy experience overall.
One of the blinds was broken and a bit of mold on the windows. A partition of the shower was broken, we just didn't touch that side. A bit noisy in the middle of the night on a Saturday night but I understand with being in the middle of town, which I didn't think to check when booking. Disappointed there was no honey for the kids for breakfast (porridge) and I couldn't find any forks, but perhaps they were already being used by other visitors. Was still a good experience overall.

It’s a central spot, with car parking. The hotel is old and basic, but all the rooms were cute and quirky and the shared common areas were charming. They’ve put a lot of effort into giving it personality.
Some broken bits and pieces detracted.

The decor was great, the room size was amazing and we loved the self serve breakfast.
We were in a room facing the street and the Friday and Saturday night drunks were very audible. The mattress on the queen bed was far too soft. Luckily we had three single beds in the room so we slept on them instead.
