The location was perfect to walk to all the major attractions. This little boutique hotel is on the 4th floor so has wonderful rooftop views including the Pantheon. Our room was spacious with all needs met, including a bottle of water each and large sized toiletries - so no need to take Shampoo/conditioner or soap. Glass door (and shutters) to the balcony so even on a rare stormy day we could watch from the dry of our room. Reception was really helpful, having arranged a private chauffeur who met us at the airport arrivals with a name board ( a bit dearer for personal service) and the standard white taxi to take us back (set Rome price). Reception also provided a map and suggested areas to visit. We had a problem with our door lock sticking, which was immediately solved. Breakfast was a good selection for a small establishment, consisting of meats, cheeses, fruit, yoghurt, cereal and pastries and on request; omelette/scrambled egg and delicious freshly squeezed orange juice
The lift broke down the last evening/morning, so we had a couple of trips up and down the many stairs (luckily without luggage)

Location was excellent.
Breakfast was marginal at best. Odd configuration for the breakfast area as you walk right into it off your bedroom.
