The property was adequate. I loved the community areas with tables to sit at. It was colorful. Plaza across the street. Neighborhood corner store. Corner across the plaza a woman sold fresh Maracuya juice daily 10 -5. It was so delicious.
The first day the manager recommended a French Bistro by the big plaza. That was the best place for coffee and a pastry. We had dinner there which was also very good. Not much interaction from staff but if needed something, they were helpful and responded right away.
Corner bar nearby played music til 3 in the morning.

Clean hospedaje on a square with good access to transport, shops and places to eat. Plenty of fans in the room.
Despite the fans it was stifling in the room as there were no windows. The ventilation holes in the wall meant you could hear everything in the corridor, which is fine as long as your neighbours are quiet. I was unlucky and my neighbours decided to have a very loud conversation on the phone at 3am, so I didn't sleep a wink.

The square is quite nice but i didnt hang out in the immediate location
