Breakfast choices were very good!
I was charged for dinner after I left and then I noticed that the charge was taken out of my account. It was upsetting to deal with this and I never received a notice of apology.
Also, the elevator was inefficient. It was very slow and the door closed too soon which almost caused it to close on me.

I have been at Regina City Hotel for 4 days for celebrate my birthday and it was fantastic, the hotel is complete, staffs very friendly, the location is the best in Vlorë because we have the beach exactly opposite and the best bar, coffe, supermarkets and restaurants around!
They have changed my room in last minute and not was sea view like I wanted. My room was below of the restaurant, so we listen noise during the late night and morning. But it not was a big problem.
