Завтрак хороший, но можно было бы его разнообразить: каждый день было абсолютно все одно и то же. Я бы оценила завтрак на 8 баллов по 10-балльной системе.
Расположение отеля – 9 баллов по 10-балльной системе: близко от моря, но нужно пройти немного в гору.
Два раза за время проживания переставал работать кондиционер. После обращения к сотрудникам отеля кондиционер исправляли. Сейф в номере не работал.

Generally, I can say that I liked the hotel. It is recently renovated and perfectly clean. The hotel staff was friendly and helpful. I especially liked the two kids helping out at the front desk; they both had fun personalities and spoke very good English – even better English than some of the adult staff.
A big plus of the hotel is the free parking available if you arrive in Vlore by car. The parking lot is not right next to the hotel, but it is very close by, and one of the kids guided my partner there and helped him park the car.
My Double Room with Balcony (#107) was nicely designed, and all the furniture was in great condition. Having a little balcony was a plus because it was perfect for quickly drying wet clothes after the beach. The bathroom had all the necessary amenities for a comfortable shower and personal care.
I appreciated how easy-going and flexible the hotel staff was with late check-out, depending on room availability that day – we paid EUR 30 and were allowed to stay in our room until 6 p.m., which let us spend a whole extra day at the beach.
I found the hotel’s location nice – even though it is a little bit up on a hill, getting there is easy, and the beach is still very close – just a 5-minute walk. Also, the specific beach we went to (the beach bar where we rented a sunbed and umbrella is called Nosso Beach), which is basically straight down the same road leading to the hotel, is completely sandy. Plus, it was pretty peaceful and quiet on both days of my stay; I enjoyed it a lot. There are some restaurants and grocery shops around the hotel. And if you want to go to downtown Vlore on foot, it is possible and not very far – around a 20-minute walk along a very nice main street.
One of the most unpleasant parts of my hotel experience was a 20-minute delay in checking into my room. According to the information on Booking.com, check-in time is 1:30 p.m. We arrived at the hotel around 2 p.m., but our room was still not ready, so we had to waste time sitting in the lobby and waiting for it. Luckily, at 2:20 p.m., housekeeping finished cleaning the room, and we were able to enter it right away.
Unfortunately, both of us were disappointed by the size of the room – it was very tiny and uncomfortable for two people. Luckily, we had just one small carry-on with us, but a big piece of luggage would definitely take up a lot of space in the room and block the way to move around. I personally hated how dark the room was because of its corner location facing the inner yard, which blocked a lot of natural daylight from coming in. On top of that, the mattress on the bed was too hard and uncomfortable, and the pillows were not that nice either. The refrigerator was very small and did not fit much stuff inside. The clothes rack next to the bed was also small and did not have many hangers. There was also no actual closet with doors where we could put our clothes.
Also, I hated that the room key card had both the hotel name and the room number on it. I always find this very unsafe in case the key card is stolen or lost. They definitely need to redesign the stickers on the room key cards.
To be honest, the rate we paid per night (EUR 65) seemed overpriced considering our overall experience at this hotel.

La struttura si trova in una strada vicino al lungomare di Valona quindi la posizione è perfetta per farti una passeggiata sul lungomare dove si concentra tutto.Se viaggi in macchina hanno anche a disposizione un’area per parcheggiare.Le persone che lavorano all’interno sono abbastanza cordiali.
La cosa che non mi è piaciuta è che le stanze sono un po’ piccole e non avendo armadi con le valigie per terra non hai la possibilità di voltarti e girarti.
Il bagno non è provvisto di appendini o piani di appoggio per gli asciugamani e neanche un bicchiere per posare lo spazzolino da denti.
