Great value for money. The bedroom and bathroom were both clean, and the beds were very comfortable with two pillows each. We also had a lovely view from our window.
We were warmly welcomed on arrival by a lovely lady who was incredibly polite and friendly. Despite speaking very little English, she went out of her way to make us feel welcome, which really stood out to us. She was also the lady who served us breakfast each morning, and the breakfast was excellent value for money, with croissants, bread, meats and cheeses.
Her friendly service really made our stay and added a personal touch that you don’t always find. We also ate at the restaurant one evening and found the food to be very good and reasonably priced. Overall, a fantastic stay and excellent value for money.t
The only negative is the location. It’s around a 20-minute bus journey into Como and approximately 50 minutes to Bellagio, assuming the bus actually stops for you. Unfortunately, the public transport system was the worst we’ve ever experienced and made getting around extremely stressful. Of course, this is completely out of the hotel’s control and shouldn’t reflect on the property itself. For that reason, we would still rate our stay a 10/10.

Staff & location. Both excellent.
No air conditioning, but considering it was a heatwave, slept well due to the high ceilings & fan.
