Booking.com screwed up our booking, double booked the same apartment, and the other guests arrived first - but the Old Coach House went above and beyond, found us another apartment on the village, took us there in person, even paid the difference for us. I can’t praise these hosts enough!
Booking.com double booked us, very disappointed in booking.com, not sure I will use them again.
