The apartment had everything I needed and was a true "home away from home." It also had a hot tub and the best view of Mt. Mayon you could possibly get, which I didn't expect. The hosts were very friendly, too. I will stay here again, and it is a perfect staycation spot. Just book this place; you won't regret it.
There were ants that you really couldn't beat. Blackout curtains also would have been nice--this wasn't an apartment for night owls. Water pressure was serviceable but not extraordinary.

The unit is on the 3rd floor, with a nice rooftop.
Wonderful view on mount mayon
The unit is spacious for 2 people and is well equipped.
Bed was comfortable.
On the same street, you have one sari sari.
5 minutes by walk you have one 7 eleven.
The pressure of the shower is not constant...but it didn't bother us a lot.

Perfect view of Mayon Volcano on the terrace, my primary reason to visit Bicol! Friendly, helpful staff who generously let me arrive and move in early. Very clean, very comfortable. A wonderful studio with all the essential appliances, especially the microwave!!! Pleased to have a large jug of water to fill my water bottle each day vs buying bottled water.
