Gorgeous views of the sea and a fantastic location! The beach is just across the street and the building is close to restaurants, cafes, the mall, pharmacies, anything you might need. Access is easy and convenient.

Flexible checkin, good communications from the staff. Our room was upgraded for the whole stay and we even decided to extend our stay. The room was perfectly clean, the bathroom was spotless. The view is amazing here. The location is at the south end of Batumi with very easy walking access to the beach. The beach at this end is less crowded than in the center so this is actually quite nice. There is a mall just across the street and several grocery stores very near by. We were able to get our laundry done here as well.
Parking can be difficult so if you’re coming with your own car just be aware that there is only street parking which can be difficult to find. I believe there are some paid lots nearby as well like at the mall.

We stayed here for a week and had a great experience. The hotel is located on the 37th and 38th floors of a tall, modern building. The view is amazing.
The staff welcomed us warmly and were always kind and helpful. They gave us advice whenever we needed, and after office hours they stayed in touch through WhatsApp and Telegram.
As a surprise for our 10th wedding anniversary, they gave us free tickets to a local show. It was very thoughtful and special.
Room service was quick and friendly. Breakfast is based on local food and served from a fixed menu. It’s not a buffet, which helped us enjoy good food without overeating.
The hotel is beautifully designed with vintage items and interesting art books. It’s also pet-friendly, and the whole place feels warm and welcoming.
Our week in Batumi was truly relaxing and fun, and this hotel felt like a home during our stay.

Very modern looking room, all the amenities were superb, courteous owners, view on the sea from 38th floor, close to beach, nice breakfast. Booked a smaller room for one person, but was upgraded to a bigger one! Would definitely recommend
