I loved the location, the facilities, the view and the great owner

Its a pretty steep hill to get to the hotel. Not a problem, but just FYI, I would reccommend to drive a SUV

Pura Vida

Best sunset in Santa Teresa, great location, super friendly and helpful owners and breakfast was yummy. Walk up to property gets sweaty in the midday sun, so make sure you stop off for a dip in the pool halfway!

Great location and best views

Great place in Santa Teresa with a lot of soul and the most beautiful sunset! Honestly, I can’t imagine a better view. We didn’t even want to go out for dinner and got take out for most of the nights to enjoy the sunset. Great place to relax and escape the busy main road of Santa Teresa!

Gorgeous view, friendly host, and comfortable accommodations.

The view was amazing!!! We would get our food take out and eat lunch and dinner from the hotel yard. Can’t beat the sunsets and view. The host was so friendly, chill, and always willing to help. We felt safe and had great accommodations. Great breakfast with another wonderful view. The drive up to the hill is very steep. A 4 wheel drive is a must. Ask Javier about his ceviche recommendation-it’s amazing!

Amazing host and beautiful hotel

Javi was an amazing host and the hotel was really beautiful and well kept! we enjoyed the breakfast everyday that was well made and delicious.

it’s a steep walk uphill to the hotel which can be a bit hard in the heat, but the view from the hotel definitely makes it worth it

View, view, view! Amazing hospitality, lovely breakfast. Quiet and relaxing!

From the mouth-dropping view (sunsets can't be beat here!) to the wonderful, kind hospitality, this family-owned hotel is a wonderful retreat from the bustling main road of Santa Teresa. Enjoyed every breakfast I had here, which changed daily and was thoughtful, nutritious and fresh. Appreciated that my room was cleaned every morning (usually while I was at breakfast) and felt super comfortable and safe during my entire stay. Loved the story of this hotel being one of the very first in ST and at one point, was the highest building on the hill.

The hill going up is no joke and unless you love the burn, the hike can be grueling, especially if you're older and/or physically challenged. There are stairs but they're rather rustic and can be tricky when it's been raining, as well was when it's dark, though the hill (now paved), can also be slippery -- I had to catch myself one time before I realized it was time to rent an ATV. For me, this became an adventure and I loved my freedom of getting around, but for others, this may prove especially difficult. It's all worth it though!

The view of the ocean exceptional! Last visit we saw whales while eating dinner by the pool! Drink pure water out of the faucets Javier has a great deep water well and maintains everything with expertise.

Hidden gem in Santa Teresa

Stunning views and the most relaxed atmosphere! Javi created a real paradise for a chilled surf adventure. Everyone is super friendly and the breakfast really delicious. Have some dinner in the restaurant - it's amazing. We would always come back!

Best sunset in town, great deal for Santa Teresa!

Very chill host. Cool young international crowd. The view makes it worth the hike up and every room has a view of the ocean. Best place to watch the sunset! The free breakfast is simple and yummy and comes with coffee or tea and a smoothie. We loved our stay here and would recommend it to couples.

The view makes it worth that very very rough hike up. RENT AN ATV OR CAR! unless you have legs of steel, consider renting something to get up that hill everyday. Or don't and get in the best shape of your life!

Beautiful location, clean rooms, stunning sea views

Had the most amazing time with my partner in Santa Teresa. Hotel Beunos Aires is lovely with stunning views, a lovely breakfast each morning. Javi and Flo were fantastic hosts and very accommodating. Rooms were clean. One thing to consider is the hill you need to climb to get to the rooms, we didn't mind as it kept us in good shape :D, just one thing to consider if you chose to stay here :) We will definitely be coming back! Thank you :D

Best view of Santa Teresa in walking distance to beach and the best restaurants

Amazing view and Javi was a very host checking in every day with us. And walking up the hill was always a good workout :)

A little hard to find in the beginning and one really does need a 4x4 drive to get up there.

We had super great 4 nights and enjoyed everting.

Location, location, location and the host. everything was clean and well maintained. the pool was very refreshing and we enjoyed the breakfast with a view.

One of the most fantastic views in Santa Teresa

I enjoyed my stay very much. Javi was an excellent host and was very helpful to me. I unfortunately lost my phone while travelling so had to ask for assistance communicating back home. Javi always said yes and let me use his personal tablet. Greatly appreciated. I highly recommend staying here. The location is fantastic, close to everything but also quiet. The view was amazing and the breakfast was perfect to start your day.

The issue was the hill to drive up. Its a bit steep and when covered in dust can be a little challenging. Very glad I was able to hire a scooter. Which helped the ascent. Would recommend a vehicle of some kind should you wish to stay here.

Great location, steep hill but a nice host :)

The room was clean, our host Javi helped us with our luggage early in the morning and was super helpful! Breakfasts were delicious, but we would like the option to choose - either pancakes or the eggs... The location is great, even though the high hill we had to walk up and down every time we went home. The pool is clean and not crowded!

Best deal in Santa Teresa!

This is the BEST deal in Santa Teresa. It’s absolutely insane that you get this view and breakfast at this price! Hotel was super clean and Javi, the host, was very attentive and a pleasure to be around!

a very laid back place to stay.. a bit of a hike to the pool but so worth the dip after a hot day in the sun. the owners were amazing and always there to help. thank you Javi and Flo for the wonderful hospitality

The room we had was good… bed could have been a little bit bigger and little more comfy.. but we were so tired it wasn’t to much of a problem. maybe the stairs to the restaurant and the pool could be a bit safer… I didn’t mind having to do the stairs just had to be cautious Going down

Amazing views with nice cozy rooms

The view is amazing! There is a nice outside area in front of the rooms with chairs to watch the sunset and it has a great view of the ocean. The included breakfast is really tasty and the view is hard to beat. The host Javi is extremely accommodating and has great recommendations. We ended up getting a phone/bag stolen from the beach and Javi helped zip us around town and get a phone plan to cancel our cards. A life saver!

This location is up a steep hill, so if your renting surf boards it’s best to rent a quad/vehicle to get around. The price is quite reasonable, but we did have the water run out a few times and the water isn’t warm when you take a shower. this didn’t really bother us because it was so hot out and the water was running again at night.
