The corner room was amazing, with an amazing view.

The property had great views and was in a good location near the more upscale part of Santiago. Staff were friendly and helpful
the roof top swimming area wasn’t very big and was very crowded when we visited

Location . Fast lift
Furniture had seen better days - it was a bit battered and tired looking . Pool was smaller than expected .. lifts are badly lit so you ca hardly see the panel . overall a bit disappointing in comparison to similar priced hotels
