Susie was so lovely, waiting for us when our train got in late. She ran us through everything, and showed us how to get around. Just a short walk to the underground and overground rail, and a shop literally a minute from the front door. The apartment is beautiful, traditional old building with a history, and every amenity you could need. Even a bathtub! 10/10
10 / 10Outstanding·Sep 2026
We had an absolutely fantastic stay! The place was spotless, very comfortable, and thoughtfully prepared with everything we could possibly need. We truly felt right at home throughout our visit. The location is excellent—safe, peaceful, and very convenient for getting around London. Susie is an outstanding host; her communication was prompt and welcoming, and the complimentary tea and coffee were a lovely touch. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Highly recommended to anyone visiting London, and we would definitely stay here again!"
