Apart from the bugs for the girls, the stay was glorious.

Loved the well appointed kitchen. It was set up for guests who can cook. Super thoughtful.

My daughters were excited to stay in the loft bedroom, however they woke up covered in small insect bites. We are not sure what they were, there was a window left open over night with no screen, however they were not mosquito bites. They were all over face, torso and limbs. Could have been bed bugs, but didn’t get to check beds before we left.

Beautiful & secluded, yet close to Alonnah & Hotel Bruny. The fire warmed us perfectly & a table to share with 10 :)

A perfect location for a cosy winter break with the family

Lovely cosy comfortable well provisioned family home . such a great l location for our extended family weekend break with so much to entertain the children on site . Waters views from the family room and a walking track right out the front door .And the host Wina was a pleasure to deal with .

Superb

We had a wonderful stay at Mandala, it is a beautiful, cosy home perfect for a few nights on Bruny. The location was great. We loved having a big kitchen and lounge area to sit by the fire. I will recommend this to anyone who wants to stay at Bruny :)

The main bathroom just needs a lock on the door! Otherwise perfect :)

Absolutely loved it

We loved everything about Mandala . My bed was so comfortable . Love the kitchen and the shower and the wood heater . Hosts Very Generous with supplies of coffee etc

Really really need fly screens on all windows as unable to open for fresh air due to mosquitoes . Apart from that everything was absolutely perfect

Very happy

Mandala was well equipped and a really lovely place to appreciate the gorgeous nature that abounds on Bruny Island. The large lounge window is perfectly situated to bring the beauty of the area right into the house! We were all very happy with our stay there. We spent a lot of time outside on the large deck area and enjoyed using the barbeque for our meals. The fireplace had kindly been set out for us but unfortunately, we couldn't really use it as the weather was quite hot for the whole of our stay. Thankfully just a leisurely 20 min walk to a really stunning beach!

We had looked forward to trying out the canoes but there was a big sign on them saying the insurance didn't cover their use. A second bathroom would have been a real bonus!

Superb

My family and I enjoyed the place very much, exceeded our expectations. We love how cosy the place is and the host had even set up the fireplace to our convenience prior to our arrival. Tonnes of activities to do if you’re planning to just stay back at the place and chill (for adults and kids). W We wish we could have stayed a little longer to enjoy every single bit of the place.

Plenty of actives for kids inside and outside. Well set up kitchen. We loved the location.

Really well set up for families. Heaps of activities for children. Loved the fire place. Everything was well thought out. Could not recommend enough.

Very happy stay, I will definitely consider to come back again when I have chance

game room(with a ping pong table), decorations(many small touches, Bluetooth speaker, sound bar, comfy sofa), facilities(kitchens, laundry, bathroom, outdoor BBQ), powerful heaters(there is a fireplace in the living area, don’t put too much wood in it otherwise bring your summer clothes 😆), fast internet connection and perfect for big group, for example, we have 11 people, 6 adults and 5 kids, there are two single beds and one bunker in one room, kids were having really fun time sleeping together, three bedrooms for three couples, one of them is above the living area as loft, with an extra single bed which can be used by little one if wanted.

The main bathroom doesn’t have a lock it seems like the hook is gone, but glad no one accidentally walk in whilst others use the bathroom, the light on above the outdoor BBQ is not working or couldn’t figure out how to make it work, so have to use a torch when using it.

Perfect location Not too remote, but surrounded by bush and waterfront. Beautiful big house with two toilets and a games room and cubby house for the kids.

Superb

We were a group of 6 girlfriends who stayed at Mandala for 2 nights. We found Mandala really comfortable for our group and loved the cosy atmosphere, the view and all agreed lot's of thought had gone into making sure everything guests might need were on hand eg wood and kindling for the fire, coffee pods, torches and bathroom products. We had a great stay

Wounderful house close to the water with room and amenities for everyone to enjoy

Lots to like here, particularly the large outside table, the games room, amble parking, large kitchen, comfy lounge, the coastal track (perfect for little kids to ride their bike on) to Alonnah just opposite the house.

Magical Mandala

Amazing location, still relatively close to the main road and amenities, but located in bushlamd across from the beach for kayaks and fishing and a walking track into Alonnah. Host is very friendly and responds quickly to guests. She really knows the island well and can recommend activities during your stay.

Amazing holiday home, incredibly peaceful and relaxing.

Amazing holiday home, incredibly peaceful and relaxing. Great facilities for families - we especially loved the games room with table tennis and darts! Host left basket of fresh produce for us at check in (fresh farm eggs, home grown veggies and fresh herbs) which was a lovely touch.
