Schönes Familienhotel für Besuche in Brüssel oder Walibi

Sehr gutes Hotel für meine kleine Familie. Gutes Frühstücksbuffet, sehr großes Zimmer und Bad, sehr sauber und ruhig. Wir waren zwei Nächte am Wochenende da und sehr zufrieden. Der Fitnessraum hat meinen Jugendlichen Kindern gefallen. Am Samstag waren wir im Walibi Park und der war gut über die Autobahn zu erreichen.

Ein kleiner Kühlschrank wäre schön gewesen

Great hotel, but underground parking for cars up to 2.15 m

Booked this hotel three times in the last 2 months for my sister who is traveling with 2 children and 2 dogs. Everything is fine! The rooms are nice, all amenities are available, and the staff is friendly.

No cons, there is only clarification for travelers in tall cars or with a roof rack. If your car is 2.15 m or higher, you will not be able to use the underground parking (there is only one). However, if you inform the reception about this, they will offer you to park near the hotel (but there is very limited space, so be aware). Also, the third reservation was made on the official Radisson website, and there is no possibility to leave a comment on the reservation, unlike booking.com. Therefore, it turned out to be easier to make a reservation on Booking.com.

Все сподобалось! Готель на належному рівні! Бережіть людей, які у вас працюють! Окрема подяка дівчині-украінці на ресепшені! Вона ваша знахідка, шоновний Park Inn By Radisson Brussels Airport! Єдиний нюанс: в номері були 2 пляшки води, одна з них була відкрита та відпита на половину.

correct en proper

Alles was netjes en de kamer groot genoeg. Kamer was zeer proper en geen geluidsoverlast. Parking was ook erg goed bereikbaar.

Late check inn duurde heel erg lang , ook al hadden we op voorhand betaald. Zowat meer dan 15 minuten als je de enige klanten bent om 1u snachts.

Hôtel très spacieux moderne et très bien situé

L’emplacement ,l’accessibilité ,la propreté ,l’espace détente ,les chambres spacieuses et modernes ,l’accueil du personnel.

Je trouve très dommage en étant en Belgique de ne pas avoir un seul membre du personnel qui parle français, mon anglais est très approximatif j’ai dû me débrouiller en espagnol alors que je suis résident belge. Néanmoins le personnel était très sympathique mais parler la langue locale du pays me semble un minimum.

It was a fiod stay but i would expect a higher level of service from a Rasisson Hotel

- Even though i did online check in, it took 30 min to check in, the process was basically the same. The gentleman at the reception was not capable of doing the job! - The parking signs are not very clear and confusing. It took me 10 min to find the entrance to the parking - The room is small

Modernes praktisches Airporthotel.

Zimmer sind modern. Betten gut. Gute Dämmung auch nach aussen. Gute Parkmöglichkeit in der Tiefgarage.

Glasschiebetür zum Bad direkt neben dem Bett. Sehr laut und nicht richtig zu schliessen.

Gewoon uitstekend hotel voor wie vroeg moet vliegen.

Comfortabel hotel vlakbij Zaventem, moderne kamer met fijne bedden. Vriendelijke medewerkers zowel aan de receptie als in het restaurant waar wij prima hebben gegeten. De auto stond voor een zeer redelijke prijs in de parkeergarage direct onder het hotel. Bij de receptie ontvang je een inrijkaart. Wij vlogen erg vroeg dus hebben niet in het hotel ontbeten. De shuttlebus was om 0.330 keurig op tijd. Deze was helemaal vol dus wellicht tijdig reserveren. Terug reed er op zondag geen shuttlebus maar konden direct voor de aankomsthal voor ca 18 euro een taxi nemen.

Voor ons geen probleem maar er was weinig of geen Nederlandstalig personeel.

Waste of money on the name of radisson

Nothing most , poor quality on the name of radisson. And not worth paying 95£

Rooms , private lounge can give this facilities and fancy look , radisson is luxury , it’s not worth and breakfast was Bhulshit not fresh , can’t provide even an omelette on request .

Better book somewhere else!

I reserved a Superior room but was given a Standard room, which was presented as a Superior one. This room didn't match the images or descriptions from the Booking or hotel websites. Subsequently, I was moved to a Family room, which lacked amenities like bathrobes and slippers, and had issues like a stained chair, dust, holes in the curtains, and stained windows. After lodging a formal complaint, the hotel compensated by offering this Family room, which they claimed was larger and more expensive than their Superior rooms, along with a complimentary breakfast upgrade. However, the Family room's cleanliness and standards were unsatisfactory. This experience has left me puzzled about the hotel's high ratings and I cannot recommend this hotel.

Excellent location 8 minutes from airport if you have an early flight

Everything was okay but the parking of the hotel to reach could be better indicated.

Agréable hôtel à deux pas de l aéroport de Bruxelles

Le confort du lit, possibilité d avoir une navette pour l aéroport. Le personnel également.

Pour la deuxième fois que je venais, j ai été déçue de l emplacement de la chambre : elle était magnifique mais juste au début de couloir où on entendais tout le monde passer et la porte claquer… de plus la porte coulissante de la salle de bain faisait beaucoup de bruit.

Prima voor een nachtje voor het vliegen

Locatie is top maar let op shuttle gaat niet de hele nacht. Bedden zijn goed.

Restaurant bleek dicht maar was niet van te voren gemeld of aan de balie, pas toen wij het vroegen. Verder is er niets in de buurt, vd valk hotel op 10min lopen was het dichtstbijzijnde (zonder auto). Douche is lauw en kan niet warmer.

Chambres impeccables mais enregistrement très long à l'arrivée

Très bien situé, grande chambre et grand lit. Douche à l'italienne de grande taille aussi. Peignoirs, chaussons et serviettes fournies. Nous n'avons pas eu le temps de tester la salle de sport et le sauna. Petit déjeuner à 15 euro avec beaucoup de choix. Parking payant à 15 euro.

L'enregistrement très long à l'arrivée malgré une réservation déjà faite sur booking. Seulement 2 hôtesses pour l'enregistrement et une file d'attente très longue. Parking payant avec entrée située dans une autre hôtel. Personne ne nous avait indiqué qu'on pouvait revenir à l'hôtel de ce parking par l'ascenseur. Nous avons donc fait le tour par l'extérieur. Pas assez de communication des hôtesses d'accueil. Une ne parlait pas français et la seconde faisait du mieux qu'elle pouvait mais avait du mal avec le français.

Nice and comfortable!

Big neat and clean rooms

Didn’t provide us a late check out which we really needed as our flight was very late and we wanted our parents and baby to have little extra comfortable time in the hotel. Breakfast options can be more and better

Objekt je vrlo ugodan, lijepo uređen, sobe su predivne, čiste, kreveti jako udobni. Uplatili smo i doručak koji je također bio odličan. Jako smo zadovoljni sa boravkom ovdje.

Good place, may be improved

Room was nice, shower and bathroom were nice. No carpet on the floor - thanks God!

Receptionists were a bit sleepy. No fridge in the room.

Good for one night

We stayed here for one night to be close to the airport for an early flight, would not really recommend it otherwise. The rooms are all renovated and very spacious, with that generic modern style you would expect at chain hotels like these. They have a shuttle that goes to the airport every 30 minutes, make sure to book your spot at the reception if you want to use it. Very fast and convenient!

We arrived around 1:30pm and the receptionist told us the rooms weren't ready yet. After leaving our bags and using the bathroom, we ran into another receptionist who told us there are plenty of rooms available and even let us choose the type of bed we wanted. We really appreciated her help, but we were a bit confused by the first receptionist as the hotel was clearly very empty that day. Dinner seems really overpriced, we ended up walking to Zaventem which turned out to be a much better idea. I recommend doing that if the weather is nice.

Tam bir hayal kırıklığı

Kahvaltısı haricinde hiçbir şeyi beğenmedim. Bir de resepsiyonda Türk bir hanımefendi vardı adını hatırlamıyorum, birtek o bize her konuda destek oldu.

İlk gece ulaştığımızda resepsiyonda girişimizin yapılması tam 2 saat sürdü. Gece resepsiyonda siyahi bir dostumuz vardı ama asla işleri yürütemedi. Saatlerce check in için beklemek çok anlamsızdı. Odalar çok karanlık ve tozlu. Temizlik yetersiz heryer toz içerisinde. Aşırı sivrisinek vardı ve uyumak imkansız hale geldi. Bir sorun olduğunda kimse size çözüm sunmuyor.

La télévision est en panne, après 3 demandes à la réception pour régler le problème aucune intervention ! Le repas du soir, à peine une petite entrée servie le plat est arrivé 5 minutes après !
