staff were able to get me into a room very quickly. This is a great value to me since there aren't any later flights. Some hotels I've had to wait in the lounge after a long flight. Was amazing to be able to get into a room and just sleep after a long flight! Thanks so much to the staff.
Not a lot to do around the hotel. Pretty far from any attractions. The tram is close to get a ride downtown. They are working on the menu which has improved over the years.

Large Room with Balcony, had all amenities and very clean. friendly and efficient staff.
Food at the bar is expensive. 50e deposit is required upon check inn.

Location is great; within walking distance from the Diegem train station. I have a client just down the street, so for me it's perfect. It's easy to get from the Airport by train to Diegem (and much cheaper than a taxi). There is a Carrefour Express in Diegem, so you can stock up on food if you prefer to cook your own food (which I did). It's very quiet, so working from the room is not an issue. So as long as you can walk from Diegem train station to the hotel, I think it's an excellent option if you need to stay near the airport for business. BTW, it's a short train ride from Diegem to Central Brussels as well.
Hard to say. Everything in this hotel is very good. I'll be back in December.
