very polite receptionist. it was clean room with balcony. There was a kettle, coffiee machine, clean towels, soaps and everything you need for a short stay.
walls are very thin. you can hear every move,sound,.. that happens in the other rooms.
There is no elevator wich is a little minus if you carry a heavy luggage.

Rooms are spacious! It’s very conveniently located for visiting Europe’s largest inner-city animal park (15 mins walk / 4 mins by tram). It’s tucked away in a lovely residential area with abundant green space yet only ~20 mins away from central Berlin (Hackescher Markt / Rotes Rathaus) on the subway or S-Bahn.

Facilities were exceptional and location was very good. Close to train/tram stops. Very clean and tidy. Staff was very friendly and ready to help with any kind of matter.

Old interior, smelling very bad in the rooms as well the building itself.
