Sweet cabin with all the things we needed. Great views, sunrise in the morning. Comfortable bed, very clean cottage.
this is a rural area so access to services is limited but we knew that from the start. Did find a great restaurant for dinner that was further down the road but very worth the drive! All of this we knew before reserving this cottage

It was absolutely adorable and had everything we needed. It was a great value compared to what I have paid for other places in Iceland.

We had a very pleasant stay at this property. The host emailed us the check-in information on the day of our arrival. While everything worked out fine, it would have been even more convenient to receive the details the day before, as we were traveling and had limited internet access. Upon arrival, we checked the farm house and were promptly informed of our house number.
The house itself is fairly new, clean, compact, and well maintained. The kitchen was exceptionally well equipped, with coffee pods and many other essentials thoughtfully provided. The location is beautiful, situated just off Ring Road #1, with mountains behind the property and views of the sea in the distance.
There is no shops/grocery around, so bring your supplies.
The stairs leading to the attic are quite narrow, and the attic space has limited headroom, making it impossible to stand upright in some areas. It can also get a bit warm up there, although a fan is provided to help circulate the air. Additionally, the bathroom sink is rather small.
