The house is a split floor plan with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, newly remodeled. Master bedroom has a king size bed with a direct access to the patio. Second bathroom has a queen size bed. The living room also has a sleeper sofa which converts into a bed. The kitchen is fully equipped with new appliances. We absolutely loved the Lemon Tree House!! It was very welcoming, the pool area is beautiful and the home was well stocked to meet all of our needs. Tom is a wonderful host and quick to reply!! Over-all a great vacation!!

We very much enjoyed our stay at Lemon Tree House this past week. The host did a lot to make us feel welcomed as soon as we stepped in the door. The pool was wonderful on the warm days, and heated enough that it wasn’t cold to swim in when the nights cooled down. It was a good location, close to lots of restaurants and shopping. We definitely would like to come back!

We were searching for a reasonably priced location in South Venice that offers easy access to the Legacy Trail for bicycling as well as bicycling into historic Venice. We also wanted two bedrooms, two baths and a swimming pool. This property more than exceeded all our expectations. The owner has done an excellent job refurbishing this property. The swimming pool and outdoor area off of the master bedroom is fantastic. The most amazing surprise was after dark with the landscaping and lighting of both the exterior and the pool. Absolutely amazing - we plan on returning the next time we come to Florida.

The house/ pool were very clean and as advertised. Quiet neighborhood within minutes of beautiful beaches. Good walking and shell hunting. Excellent restaurants and grocery stores nearby. The bicycles provided were used to ride along the waterway into downtown for coffee. The house was well stocked and we did not need anything. The owner Tom was very helpful and available. This was especially appreciated as hurricane Idalia impacted our stay. We have stayed in many VRBO properties and this experience was one of the best. Will definitely return.

This house was so cozy and inviting. We had a rough trip in with a flat tire and we ended arriving at 11pm—we could’ve cried when we saw this cute little house with all it lights on shining like a beacon in the night—just so welcoming! The owner went above and beyond, we had absolutely everything we needed. By far the cleanest, nicest and most well stocked rental we have ever had. We loved the pool and the beds were very comfortable. Venice has such a laid back, chill vibe and we were even able to find some shark teeth at the beach. Perfect in every way. We will be back and we have already told all our friends and family. Thank you so much!

The house is just fabulous and I was in tears walking in for the first time with the lights all on and music playing to welcome us along with chocolate and wine. We loved the area, the house set up and amenities and absolutely adored the pool every day. Can't wait to come back soon!

This house was perfect for our family of 3. The outside space with the pool was amazing and the location was close to several beaches. This is one of the most comfortable rentals we have stayed in. We couldn’t have asked for a better vacation rental and we can’t wait to visit again!

We loved everything about Lemon Tree House. The location was perfect with access to multiple beaches. The pool was a great place for us to relax in the evenings. Both of my boys loved riding the bikes around the neighborhood exploring and the ping pong table in the garage was a huge hit in the evenings as well. We will definitely be back. Loved the pool and the location. Easy to get to everywhere we wanted to be in Venice. We even rode the bikes through the neighborhood all the way to the beach! House was clean and comfortable. We used the ping pong table in the garage and enjoyed every minute of our stay!

This property was perfect for us. It was our second time staying here. Beautifully kept property in a great location near beaches and downtown shops and restaurants! We had our pup and took her to the dog beach many times. We love everything about it! We will be back!

We had the best time staying in Venice, this house is perfect! It had everything you need for a fun filled stay including a bottle of wine and chocolates, thanks! The outside space is amazing and so relaxing, it was a little oasis from when we got home from the beach. The pool was awesome, SO FUN! The house was extremely CLEAN which is always a plus when staying in someone else's home. The bikes were fun to have, and the ping pong table was a bonus. We will be back to the lemon tree house next time we come to Venice. Thank you, Tom, for the hospitality!

Great house in a location that can’t be beat! Walk/bike to the Legacy Trail’s trailhead at the marvelous Shamrock Park. Walk/bike along the waterway for miles and miles, with great views of wildlife, boats, people….or just a few minutes drive to either the quiet or the energetic beaches. Great restaurants and Pickleball nearby. And the house is awesome. Quiet neighborhood. Beautiful pool and yard. Fully equipped with all the comforts of home. Near to grocery and the best donuts I’ve ever had. Thank you, Tom, for another great stay!

This is a beautiful property and the hosts have thought of everything. Close proximity to all the attractions in Venice and Englewood. We enjoyed biking, dining out, going to the beach, shopping, swimming in the heated pool, playing ping pong and exploring the nature preserve just minutes down the road. We still have much to explore in this area and will definitely be back!

We really enjoyed our time at this property. The finishes inside the home give it a modern feel that is absolutely cozy as well. The pool was clean, warm, and well taken care off. We loved it. This property is also very close to the beaches where we spent many hours hunting for shark teeth. Would highly recommend this property to anyone. Thank you for the great experience

The pool, the bikes, the ping pong, castable TVs all over, great air conditioning, and a great host... the list goes on and on!!! It really felt like a home away from home. Clean place with fun things to do nearby. 10/10 would rent again!!!! Loved it all.
