The location and the big patio.
Beds were too hard, and a coffe pod machine would have been nice. There was a coffee maker but its not the same as pods. Most people like pods.

great location in a quiet part of town but still very convenient for the waterfront, shopping and the port

The hosts met us at the apartment to hand over the keys and were very friendly. Our apartment had everything we could have needed including a nice kitchen to cook dinners and prepare picnics. The walk into town was easy and very scenic.

The furniture and the rooms were better than the photos. There was also a dining table and a big balcony with space to sit.
Cleaning was just superficial and we found two dead cockroaches and 3 alive ones which was unacceptable. We also found dirty oven pans with residue from previous food. Finally, the fridge was semi-functional and at times its temperature would raise way above the usual, resulting in warm water bottles and spoiled food.
