The location was perfect, being a short walk into the center of the town. And the room offered an incredible view from the balcony! The host was very helpful and came to meet us and direct us to the property when we got lost on arrival in the town.

schöne Terrasse mit einem tollem Ausblick in Richtung Altstadt und zum Kaukasus. Leider hatten wir schlechtes Wetter, so dass wir die Terrasse nicht nutzen konnten. Der hilfsbereite Vermieter hat uns in der Stadt abgeholt nachdem wir die Unterkunft nicht gefunden haben. Eine sehr freundliche Anwohnerin half uns, indem sie den Vermieter anrief. Das war super.
mit 102 Lari für das sehr einfache Zimmer ohne Frühstück und jeglichem Komfort (kein Wasserkocher, Tee, Kaffee, keine Nachttischlampe zum lesen, keine Pflegeartikel) für Georgien und unserer Erfahrung mit diversen anderen Unterkünften zu teuer. Laut Beschreibung haben wir ein Familienzimmer (Doppelbett und ein Einzelbett) mit Balkon gebucht. Der Balkon befindet sich aber nicht direkt am Zimmer, sondern ist ein Gemeinschaftsbalkon mit einem anderen Zimmer und liegt außerhalb des gebuchten Zimmers. Wir waren im September 2025 für eine Nacht zu Gast.

Great views of Sighnagi and the hills from the balcony - the room was spacious, which was badly needed, and the the hosts both Giorgi and his wife were helpful and kind people. They showed a lot of love to my kid, and gave us required items e.g. kettle, tea, hair dryer etc. upon asking. Not bad value for money.
Communication was a major barrier due to language, they were initially asking us to cancel the booking as they had increased the price from what was booked, but then charged me the agreed price only which was good. The room wasn't that warm, and it was quite chilly in the room specially the 1st night. The bathroom drainage wasn't the best.
The other thing they need to fix is that all rooms on booking.com have the same room images. This needs to get more specific, and caused the confusion in the 1st place.
