The hotel location was great, it was fairly central, safe and very close to shops and other restaurants. It was also close to the night market which was great as we could move around during the day and night, easily. Sharon was a lovely host and accommodated our needs. The rooms were clean and beds were comfortable.
The breakfast was disappointing - options were quite limited. The basics were available, but I expected more. There was also not enough information given as to ordering eggs, which we only figured out the following day. Kitchen staff were also scarce and not so attentive during breakfast time. This can be improved.
We were also not able to get WiFi in our room, which was on the top floor, at the far end. There was however another connection that we could use - however not a secured one.

The rooms are clean, well fitted with new beds. Bathroom seems recently renovated. Bedding / pillows really comfortable and the room we were in was quiet enough for an excellent night's sleep. Staff were helpful.
The breakfast was pretty average. Coffee was instant, and not filter. Upon late arrival of my partner via airport collection, a late night staff member cheekily asked if I'd booked for 2 persons even after letting him know I was going to the airport to collect her (suitcase in hand). My suggestion is to leave questions like that for the supervisor until the morning - you'll find it on your information pack from Booking.com.
