Great service and beautiful hotel
Not being in the main building and no lift the the room on the 3rd floor.

Good location in the city centre, at the beach. 4 swimming pools, and they have family rooms (which we need with 3 children).
Although the breakfast buffet is big and offers a lot of choice, I think the hotel could limit the assortment, and improve the quality. Also, the hotel could upgrade the breakfast area. It breaths to much ‘mass dining’, and offers little charm.

The pool
Concierge followed me into my room with shoes on and closed the door. As a female solo traveller, this made me extremely uncomfortable. After being harrassed by store owners, I wanted to feel safe in my hotel. My room was also located next to the stairwell, so I heard all guests arriving and departing throughout the night. I told reception about this and they said there was a large group staying. If thata true, put them in the rooms next to the stairs.
This property has the location as a positive and that is it.
