Very friendly and helpful. The rooms are cute and tidy. I did wake up from the motion sensor outside a couple of times.

The staff were so helpful and friendly, there was a lounge upstairs for guests which had great views. The breakfast was enormous! The room wasn't big but it had everything we needed, including a fridge. And the whole place felt very secure and well cared for.

It was the perfect location in Punta Arenas. Arturo was a wonderful, friendly and accommodating host. The room was fantastic, comfortable and quiet. The breakfast was delicious and ample.

The facilities were very nice and the location excellent.
The staff was as always helpful and Arturo is full of nice stories, wonderfully entertaining and a good source of information regarding the area.
