Situated in Leesville, this lovely house for $335 per night is a great option for your next break. This Lake Murray waterfront home features 4 bedrooms, 3 full baths, a large open floor plan den, dining and kitchen area, plus a large screen porch with great views of the dock and water. New addition completed Spring 2024 to add living space. New flooring windows, HVAC in 2018 with new furniture in den and a sizable modern kitchen. Primary bathroom remodel completed in 2021. All beds are queen size and you can easily sleep 8 in this lovely house. The property is conveniently located 6 miles off of Interstate 26 in the beautiful Town of Chapin. A minimum 4 night stay is required to book and weekly rentals are available. This home is in a family friendly area. House includes up to date appliances, new HVAC system, wifi and cable TV. The dining table seats 8 with additional counter seating. Awesome water views and good water depth. There are 2 paddle-boards, life jackets, a dock, 2 large decks, hammock and a new gas grill for your use. If you plan to bring your fishing boat there is a nearby boat launch at Eptings Landing. Chapin has 3 grocery stores less than 5 miles from the house.

Our family had a lovely week at this lake house! The pictures don’t do it justice. The home is warm and inviting with plenty of space for three couples and a teenager. It was spotless upon arrival and it’s clear it’s a very well-maintained home. In addition, it is also the most well-stocked vacation rental I’ve ever stayed in. It has everything you might need. Communication was easy and pleasant. The lot is a perfect lake lot and the cove was great! The view of the water from inside the house and of course, from the amazing screen porch was awesome. We would definitely rent again!

This vacation home was better than the pictures show. The owner has accommodations for everything we needed from extra chairs on the deck to a baby gate. The screened porch was my favorite spot with 8 rocking chairs to hold my grand babies, share with my adult children, and watch the sunset. It was absolutely beautiful!

The house was very accommodating for (4) adult couples. The kitchen is large enough for several individuals to prep and cook the meal, the wet bar by the front door was a pleasant surprise, the large dining room table was great for eating and playing games, and the den area was perfect. All of the bedrooms and baths were great. The screened in porch was perfect! The neighborhood is perfect for your morning or evening walks. The owner was very accommodating and willing to answer questions prior to booking the property. This property will definitely be at the top of our list for next year.

You will not be disappointed with this house! The neighborhood is so peaceful, the house is clean and very well stocked. Top of the line all the way! The owner is great to work with and very easy to contact. The outside areas are fantastic. The very large screen porch and the two side porches give ample room to enjoy all the unobstructed views of the lake. Even the dock has a great sitting area to enjoy. We will be back, and this will become our go-to Lake House!

Great Location and plenty of space for 5 friends. Loved being able to get out on the water on the paddle boards. Only downside was having to bring towels and linens for the beds. 3 bathrooms was great but only had partial rolls of toilet paper in some bathrooms, so needed to buy extra for the week. Overall great place to stay though!

We enjoyed staying here for an early October weekend. We loved spending mornings taking in the lake views on the rocking chairs. There is a bathtub so washing our young kids was fine. It worked well with grandparents on the bottom floor and us with kids in the top two bedrooms. Would stay here again.

Family and friend stayed here after attending my son's wedding nearby. It was very clean and comfortable. Communication was excellent. The view was awesome. Just the quiet and peace we needed after the wedding was over. We were able to do some fishing and dock our boat at the home as well. Would highly recommend for your family vacation.

We have rented many lake houses and this was one of our favorites. It was very clean and well stocked. There is plenty of room for everyone including a huge screened in porch. The paddle boards were definitely a hit with our family. Loved it!!
