Perfect location. Outside area, very good, great pool facilities. Inside was well equipped and clean.
Some parts were little dated and tired, eg the kitchen cabinets and fridge. Water pressure unreliable.
WARNING. We had someone enter the property in the middle of the night and take some money, fortunately not much. The only way they could get in was through the balcony window next to where I was sleeping, apparently this is a thing out there. We didn't let it bother us but not very nice all the same, and afterwards, we made sure ALL windows and doors were locked at night, not just the ground floor.

Great Villa, had a comfortable stay with family
The pool area is massive very spacious, the pool is a very good size
The bedrooms are a good size sleeps 6 easily and the living area is great
Our host Dimitrina was very welcoming and helpful with a few little issues which were sorted straightaway
The outdoor furniture is very tired and needs some attention, fabrics torn on sunbeds, only 1 parasol but 3 base plates, the pool table and cues are worn out
The outside canopy and surrounding fences could do with a good lick of paint
Could do with some sort of lighting on the driveway as when you come home it’s pitch black when you get back on a night time.

Pool area was a good size and plenty of bds
The downstairs room has a shower in it and the smell of damp was pretty unbearable. Thankfully we didn't need to use that room but we had to keep the door shut the whole time so the smell didn't come into the downstairs room.

the garden
the house was very basic and dated, no mosquito nets on windows, saw rats in the garden, building work outside on the road with a lot of noise
