About this villa rental
Fig tree bay villa 4 is located in the heart of Protaras Resort just 5 minutes walk from the main strip, 1 minute walk from Lidl Supermarket, 7 Minutes walk to Sunrise Beach and less than 10 minutes walk to Fig Tree Bay.
It was recently renovated downstairs with new floor tiles.
The furniture are new, and modern. Outside there is a big 8x4 overflow swimming pool and lots of sitting space.
8 People can sleep comfortably - 6 in beds and 2 on the amazing sofa bed.
As you enter the living room you will notice the open plan arrangement. The kitchen is on the right and it is very well equipped for cooking a meal, or making breakfast for everyone. There is a big table next to the kitchen for 8 people to sit and enjoy their dinner.
In the living room there is a large sofa which turns into a comfortable double bed. There are chairs and tables and a flat screen TV with many UK and Russian channels.
Next to the living room there is a double bedroom with en-suite shower and next to that o guest W.C.
Moving up the stairs you will notice another 2 bedrooms on the first floor. These 2 bedrooms both share a big family bathroom. The first bedroom is twin with 2 single beds and the second bedroom is double.
Both bedrooms have access to the veranda in which there is a table and chairs where you can enjoy your breakfast.

We had a great stay at the villa in a great location.
The property manager was very prompt in dealing with the small issue we had.
Would have gave it 5 stars but there are tiles missing in the pool resulting in a couple of minor cuts on feet and the large bed by the pool could do with either replacing or painting as it is a bit scruffy looking.

Enjoyed our stay as location was good for evening entertainment, although the small road we were on was quite noisy during the day prob because a lot of building work was going on so trucks/cars up and down the road from early morning. Hopefully this will improve once work has been completed. The villa had a lovely clean and large pool and surrounding area. The villa was fine although bedrooms and bathrooms were a bit dated. There was a big ant problem throughout the 2 weeks so we were continually spraying to keep them down. However we did overall enjoy our stay and would go back again.

Good location,other villas around you so its not remote,nice safe area,local residents too.One thing,Sofa is small for 6/8 people but we enjoyed outside space anyway.Good contact with Victoria,she is contactable day and night for any questions or help.We will use Home and Away again.

The photos depicted on Vrbo are definitely several years old. There are clear signs of wear and tear to the house that are not seen in the photos provided. This is certainly not a luxury accommodation. None of the chairs are comfortable to sit in outside. In the downstairs bedroom, there is a small shower. It is actually inside the bedroom and not attached to the rest of the bathroom. Water leaked out of the shower all over the bedroom floor anytime we took a shower. The water pressure upstairs was terrible. I informed them of the issue on the first full day we were there. And they sent someone out on the fourth full day we were there. Ultimately it was fixed during our stay.It’s not that this is a terrible house. It’s that it was misrepresented via the images online. I would not have spent the amount of money I did on a house in that condition. I have rented multiple houses in Protaras over the past 15 to 20 years. I’ve never stayed in a place that was so misrepresented.I knew this house was not on the beach and we rented it so we could have a swimming pool. But it does take a solid 10 minutes to walk to the beach. And if going at night there are some poorly lit paths that have to be taken. We will certainly not be staying in this house again in the future. I think the most important takeaway for the company renting the home is to put updated and accurate images online so people know what they are actually getting.
