Staff were amazing
Beautiful , clean hotel
Location
Taxis struggled to find this location.
So were unable to find this riad , extremely inconvenient especially when it was very hot !

Nice location in Medina to the main square. Rooms were clean and nicely decorated. Staff were friendly and helpful. There are many shops near by which is helpful.
I think to say that they have a pool is a stretch to far. I would describe it more as a pond or a decorative water feature. It sits at the front of the reception which again is not an ideal location for it. This place is more suitable for friends and couples who want a cultural experience of a Riad . My children struggled with their being no TV or outside space in the evening though there was wifi.

Outstanding customer service from the moment we arrived. Alli picked us up from taxi drop off. Abdulahi and Abdul was also very helpful. Great breakfast with a nice varieties to pick from. Literally all the staffs were friendly and very polite. We would definitely be coming back. Thanks guys.

A lovely oasis tucked away in a side street in the Medina, 10 mins walk from the main square.
The staff were wonderful and assisted us throughout our stay. The Riad was beautifully presented and had a luxury feel. The room was a little small but the bathroom was excellent. There is a small plunge pool but don't know if it's usable as it's right next to reception in the central room.
