The staff at Riad Musee are fantastic. We accidentally booked a 3-day stay although we intended to stay for 4 days. This was no issue at all for the staff, who swiftly checked us into our room and helped us fix our reservation. The main staff is Nadi and a kind woman (whose name I unfortunately forget). Both are extremely courteous and assisted with everything from answering questions about the city to booking a spa stay.
You can't drive to the Riad because of how the medina's roads are structured. As a result, you can drive a few blocks away and must walk to the Riad. Upon arrival, our driver called the lady at Riad Musee who personally came to meet our car and walk us to the Riad. Originally, we were supposed to stay on the second floor, but the AC wasn't working. Morocco is, of course, extremely hot. Nadi swiftly moved us downstairs where we were much cooler. On another night, we were having an issue with a taxi driver who didn't speak English. We called the Riad and Nadi spoke with the taxi driver and guided us home.
The included breakfast is a major bonus. It is served from 8:30-11:30 daily - cooked to order. That was especially nice for my partner and I who enjoy that temporal flexibility. We had to leave early one day around 7 and Nadi prepared some breakfast for us to take with us.
I believe whoever owns the Riad also owns 2 other properties nearby. Riad Musee offers hammam/spa visits at their partner Riad, which we partook in. The staff personally walked us to the other Riad and helped facilitate our visit there. The spa was nice and appropriately priced.
There was a tradeoff from moving from the warmer room upstairs to the cooler room downstairs. The room downstairs is unfortunately much smaller, but this was a cost we were willing to pay to sleep in a more temperate room. The beds themselves are also a little firm/hard.

Nous avons séjourné 4 jours dans ce riad et tout était parfait. Le petit-déjeuner était incroyable, copieux et délicieux. Le personnel est d’une gentillesse exceptionnelle et toujours aux petits soins. Le riad est très propre et calme
